Follow my blogs

The ‘Genemonkey’ has three different genealogy blogs and the process for following each of them is different. You need to ‘follow’ each blog separately, here’s how:

  • My Ancestors and DNA Questions: This is the original blog relating to my own family history and DNA research questions. To follow this blog go to the menu icon button – the three parallel lines – at the top left hand corner of the screen. Scroll down and enter your email address in the box. If you prefer you can follow this blog via Facebook;

  • Genemonkey Explains: Created in May 2021 to support the DNA chromosome analysis program I developed for the Society of Australian Genealogists (SAG).  It nows also includes additional information regarding tools that help me organise my DNA research. Go to the homepage and on the right hand side of the page you will see a blue ‘follow’ button. Click the button and you will be prompted to add your email address;

  • Finding George Courtney c1841: My greatest nemesis is my maternal 2nd great grandfather Arthur George Courtney. This is a research blog documenting my genealogical and genetic research in the hope that someone out there may be able to help. Go to the homepage and click on the three parallel lines – situated on the top left hand corner of the screen. Next, go to the top left corner again and you will see a blue ‘follow’ button – click the button and you will be prompted to add your email address.
